I verified my email but I am not signed in

Return to Juno, open Continue with Email, and sign in with the email address and password you created.

My invitation code is not accepted

Check for extra spaces and make sure you signed into the account that should receive the invitation. Each code can be claimed only once. If you need a code, request an invitation. Consent is required before Juno can send prompts, relevant project content, or attachments to our AI providers. Accept to continue, or decline to sign out.

My credit balance looks wrong

Pull down to refresh the Credits screen. For an App Store purchase, tap Restore Purchases and confirm that the device is using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

The preview does not open

Read the first error Juno shows. Undo the latest change or ask the assistant to fix that exact error. If the preview appears out of date, close and reopen it.

Camera, photos, or location does not work

Open the device’s Settings app and review Juno’s permissions. A protected feature cannot be used until permission is granted.

A shared project does not show my latest changes

Share the project again. The link shows the last version you published and does not include later changes automatically.

Email support@buildinjuno.com with your device model, system version, the steps that reproduce the issue, and the exact error text if available. Do not send passwords, invitation codes, or other credentials.
